Before you publish your website, make sure your web content and hyperlinks are ready and valid by checking broken hyperlinks and testing the web to make sure that everything works.
On the menu bar, select View | Reports.
- Site Summary - number and sizes of files and pictures, number and types of hyperlinks, number of incomplete tasks.
- Unlinked Files - files that can't be reached by following hyperlinks from your home page.
- Broken Hyperlinks - pages or Web sites that have been renamed, moved, deleted, or assigned different URLs. you can double-click a broken hyperlink row to fix the hyperlink.
To verify if the external hyperlinks (hyperlinks that are outside of the web) are valid:

On the menu bar, select View | Reports | Broken Hyperlinks. For FrontPage 2002 & 2003, select View | Reports | Problems | Broken Hyperlinks or Hyperlinks

If the Reporting toolbar is not displayed at the top, go to View | Toolbar | Reporting. This will bring up the Reporting toolbar. For FrontPage 2003, the Reporting toolbar is located at the top right-hand corner.

click Verify Hyperlinks on the Reporting toolbar.

Click Verify all hyperlinks, and then click Start.

If the status of a hyperlink is broken, right-click the link and select Edit Hyperlink
