* Usually dialing an incorrect number.

* No dial tone - check for dial tone.
* Voice mail from the phone company may cause a studdered dial-tone if there are messages. Clear messages and try again. |

Access denied because username and/or password is invalid on the domain. |
* Password error - retype UserID and Password. |

The PPP link control protocol was terminated. |
