Click the Start button, click Settings, and choose Control Panel.
Double-click the Network and Dial-up Connections icon.
Double-click on the Make New Connection icon
Click Next on the Network Connection Window
Select Dial-up to the Internet and click Next.
Select I want to setup my connection manually and click Next
Select I connect through a phone line and a modem and click Next.
Type the number you dial into the Telephone Number blank and uncheck Use area code and dialing rules unless you need to dial with the area code. Click Next.
Enter your username and password provided by On-Ramp in the blanks and click Next.
Enter On-Ramp Indiana for the Connection Name and click Next.
Select Yes that you want to setup your Internet Mail Account.
Select Create a new Internet mail account and click Next.
Enter your name in the Display Name and click Next.
Enter your email address in the Email Address and click Next.
Select POP3 from the drop down box, and enter mail.ori.net in both incoming and outgoing mail servers. Click Next.
Enter your username in the Account name, your password in the Password, and click Next.
Hit Finish on the Completing the Internet Connection Wizard window.
